About Us:
24Restore is a leading restoration company specializing in fire, water, and mold damage restoration for residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to manage and expand our established Twin Cities/Metro territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow theTwin Cities/Metro market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners.
• Promote 24Restore's services to potential clients and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Attend one weekly team meetings and one monthly company meetings in Ramsey, MN.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $40,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission potential, with typical earnings ranging from $75,000 to $100,000+ in the first year and $100,000+ second year and after.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within the Brainerd area for client meetings and sales activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a "whatever it takes" attitude.
• Experience in sales and marketing is preferred but not required.
