A well-established Overland Park Company within the Collegiate Bookstore Market is looking for an Account Services Supervisor. Experience in this market is highly desirable, but not a necessity. This fun, fast-paced environment is looking for hardworking and energetic people to join our team!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Services Supervisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership to our Account Services Bookstore Team, providing the highest quality of account services to external and internal customers, including but not limited to buyers, sales representatives, production artists, licensing, and the merchandising teams.

Requirements:

• Prefer 5 + years of experience in the apparel industry.
• Ability to Lead a Team and prioritize daily workload.
• Strong Communication, Organizational & Leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Comprehensive follow-though with the ability to document resolutions.
• Creative problem solving.
• High level of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to run reports and track the progress on open orders.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Account Services Bookstore Team.
• Accounts include Bookstores, High Schools, and Brick & Mortar Fan Shops.
• Have an excellent understanding of our internal systems such as SAP and Art Item Work Flow.
• Work Closely with Sales and coordinate ASR/Rep assignments as needed.
• Work with Management to streamline processes and procedures.
• Monitor order flow and team member workloads through daily & weekly reports. Organize this information for Sales and Management.
• Help manage the return process and credit requests.
• Hold bi-weekly One on One ASR meetings and weekly team meetings.
• Monitor training and information needs of your team.
• Ensure all department accounts and functions are cross trained.
