We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our Finance Department. This role focuses on invoice processing, ledger balancing, and month-end reporting. The ideal candidate is independent, accurate, and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with a manager who communicates very directly.

Responsibilities

Process and pay invoices accurately and on time.
Balance monthly ledgers and ensure all entries are correct.
Prepare month-end reports for Finance.
Maintain organized financial records and assist with reconciliations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and ledger balancing.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
Strong data entry accuracy and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and handle direct communication professionally.
