About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Clerk with 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department’s daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing.
• Verify accuracy of financial documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense reporting.
• Support auditors and provide documentation when needed.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
