Manpower NOW HIRING - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Location: Greater Bridgeport, WV
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Pay Range: Up to $22/hour plus 1.5x for OT (weekly pay!)
Schedule: Variety of shifts available (Days, Evenings, Nights)

2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do
Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
Support residents with meals, hydration, and comfort needs
Document care and communicate changes in resident condition
Assist nursing staff with vitals, transfers, and clinical support tasks
Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents
Build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families
Contribute to a positive, team-focused care environment
3. Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Active, valid CNA Certification
CPR certification preferred
Genuine compassion for seniors and those needing long-term support
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely
Nice-to-Have
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
Familiarity with electronic charting systems
Bilingual or cross-cultural communication experience
