Manpower NOW HIRING - Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Location: Greater Bridgeport, WV

Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Pay Range: Up to $22/hour plus 1.5x for OT (weekly pay!)

Schedule: Variety of shifts available (Days, Evenings, Nights)

2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)

• Support residents with meals, hydration, and comfort needs

• Document care and communicate changes in resident condition

• Assist nursing staff with vitals, transfers, and clinical support tasks

• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents

• Build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families

• Contribute to a positive, team-focused care environment

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Active, valid CNA Certification

• CPR certification preferred

• Genuine compassion for seniors and those needing long-term support

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities

• Familiarity with electronic charting systems

• Bilingual or cross-cultural communication experience
