AI Engineer
The AI Engineer, Investment Services will be responsible for exploring opportunities to develop and build potential solutions that leverage GenAI and Machine Learning in an effort to deliver innovative, GenAI driven products that seek to enhance the firm's business processes and enterprise intelligence.
You will play a unique role by designing and implementing advanced GenAI/ML techniques and applications to solve key business problems across various departments with an aim to enhance operational intelligence, efficiency, and decision-making capabilities. This includes building prototypes to prove out the potential value of proposed AI solutions and transforming successful prototypes into robust, production-grade capabilities to enable opportunities for broad value creation for the firm.
Your projects will span both on-premises and AWS environments, leveraging technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Cloud warehouses, and Data Lakes, and employing programming languages like Python, Java, and SQL.
As part of the AI/ML community at Point72, our teams collaborate horizontally with one another and vertically with our AI Platform and Data Teams, and Compliance to define the AI Strategy for the firm including its infrastructure, architecture, models, and data needs. The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000-$225,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
