Accounting Manager, Cash Operations

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid - 4 days per week in office)

Pay : Up to $120k

Employment Type: Direct Hire

About the Role

The Accounting Manager, Cash Operations oversees all aspects of cash management, collections, and accounts payable. This role leads the AP team, manages third-party services, and ensures timely, accurate disbursements. Responsibilities include transitioning away from temporary support, overseeing offshore AP processing, managing credit card collections, and driving automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise accounts payable operations and team
• Oversee vendor payments, invoice approvals, and compliance
• Manage corporate credit card collections and reconciliations
• Maintain cash flow forecasting and debt schedules
• Drive AP automation and process improvements
• Support month-end close and collaborate with finance leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and cash management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Microsoft D365 preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-volume processing across multiple entities

Physical Requirements

Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs.), and frequent computer use.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
