FULL TIME Associate Dentist Needed at Private Practice in Ephrata, Pennsylvania!

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our well-established and growing practice. Our office is dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment. With a loyal patient base, modern technology, and a team-first culture, this is a great opportunity for a dentist looking to establish a long-term career. We’re seeking someone with 3+ years of experience (or residency trained) who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical excellence, and ongoing professional growth.

Practice Highlights:

• Adult-focused patient base | PPO & FFS (No Medicaid/Medicare)
• Founded in 1952 with an established patient base ($1.5 Annually)
• Immediate Start | Relocation Assistance possible for Out of State Applicants
• Future Partnership/Ownership potential

Compensation & Benefits:

• 30%+ of collections from start date | Lab fees covered (preferred labs)
• CE allowance, Health & Vision insurance, 401(k)
• Performance-based bonus potential

Schedule:

• 4 Day work week (Off by 6:00)
• No Weekends, Nights, or On-Call

Candidate Requirements:

• PA licensed (or eligible), 3+ years experience preferred
• Comfortable with routine General care; crown & bridge, restoration, minor endo and oral surgery pref.
• Confident communicator with solid case presentation and time management skills
• Team player committed to long-term growth and practice success
