Associate Veterinarian - Baxter, MN

A well-supported small-animal practice in Baxter. MN is seeking an Associate Veterinarian o join a collaborative medical team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care and effective client communication
• Collaborate with veterinary colleagues and support staff to maintain smooth daily operations
• Contribute to a positive team culture centered on respect, learning, and reliability
• Manage a balanced caseload, including routine procedures, diagnostics, and surgical care
• Support ongoing improvements in medical best practices within the team

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited program (or equivalent completion such as ECFVG or PAVE)
• Ability to obtain a veterinary license in the state of employment
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
