Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to lead one of our busy parts department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in automotive parts management, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll oversee all aspects of the department, from inventory control and staff management to ensuring excellent service for technicians and retail customers.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the parts department
Manage and train parts staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Maintain proper inventory levels and ordering procedures
Ensure parts are available for service technicians in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service for retail and wholesale customers
Monitor department performance and profitability
Collaborate with other managers to support overall dealership success
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Manager required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency with dealership management systems (Tekion DMS)
Knowledge of Cadillac, Volvo, or Subaru parts is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
