Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Irving, TX 75063 | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $21–22.50/hour • Monday–Friday, an 8 hour shift between 7:30am–6:00pm • Work schedule assigned after training • W2, Temp to Hire • Start date: ASAP ROLE IMPACT As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first line of support for customers contacting our call center. Your ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish ensures seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining operational continuity and customer trust through prompt resolution of technical and service-related issues.
