Job#: 2080384 Job Description: Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions using industry-standard Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, Microsoft 365 technologies and ServiceNow. This role will play a key part in transforming business processes and driving operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility Guide the design and deployment of automation workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Lead change management efforts, including communication planning and training coordination, to support successful adoption of automation initiatives. Provide support for issue resolution and exception-handling activities related to deployed automation solutions.
