Business Process Specialist

BAE Systems is seeking Business Process Specialists to support our government customer at Reston, VA and Patrick Space Force Base, FL. These specialists will be working in a classified environment and will provide administration and staff officer support to DIA OSIC leadership to include:

1. Provide executive summaries of all meetings and committees.
2. Provide administration and staff support to manage all license requests, dissemination of licenses, and provide stakeholder feedback for MA solutions.
3. Provide knowledge management and collaboration support for office requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Junior: Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience
• Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience
• Senior: Master's degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience
• Prior military or government analytical experience
• Knowledgeable of and demonstrate ability to apply IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., U.S. Army OBC, OS301/OS302, CASO, defense or IC equivalent (DIA BOTC, FBI OS101).
• Experience conducting intelligence analytical support for the IC/DoD

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $64,130 - $109,010 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
