Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50

This facility is seeking a Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Part Time, 12-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Type of cases: Post Operation
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Controlled Substances Registration (CSR)"
• Licensure required: Illinois State Medical License
