Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and certified CCTV Operator to perform pipeline inspections using closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment. The ideal candidate will hold a current PACP (Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program) certification and have experience in identifying, recording, and reporting pipeline conditions in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CCTV equipment to inspect and evaluate sanitary and stormwater pipelines.
  • Identify, document, and assess pipeline defects using PACP coding standards.
  • Generate detailed reports of inspection findings using PACP-certified software.
  • Maintain CCTV equipment and perform pre- and post-inspection checks.
  • Communicate inspection findings with internal teams and clients.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols in the field.
  • Accurately maintain and organize inspection records and reports.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment or software issues.
  • Travel to job sites as required; occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NASSCO MACP and LACP certifications.
  • Experience with robotic CCTV crawler systems.
  • Familiarity with utility locating, GPS data collection, and mapping systems.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Current PACP Certification (Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program).
  • 1+ years of experience operating CCTV pipeline inspection equipment.
  • Working knowledge of pipeline inspection software and reporting.
  • Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, plans, and work orders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized reporting formats.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
