Overview The Chief People Officer (CPO) will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that supports company growth, promotes a high-performance culture, and enhances employee engagement. This role will oversee Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Internal Communications, working closely with Learning & Development to align people initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities Define and implement a forward-thinking People strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets. Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and executive team on talent, culture, and organizational health. Lead with a strong DEI&B focus to ensure equity and belonging are integrated into all people programs. Oversee Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top talent across all functions. Ensure scalable recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives to support national reach. Lead HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance. Develop and improve people operations and policies to support a dynamic, growing workforce. Guide workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design in partnership with business leaders. Own internal communications strategy to promote clarity, alignment, and engagement. Partner with leadership to deliver transparent messaging and foster a unified company culture. Collaborate with L&D leadership to develop scalable training programs for upskilling, retention, and growth. Support career pathing, leadership development, and internal mobility frameworks. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Internal Communications. 5+ years in an executive or senior HR role within a high-growth or mid-to-large scale company. Experience as a CHRO is a plus. Proven success in driving results through people strategy during periods of transformation and scaling. Deep understanding of modern HR practices and technologies (e.g., ATS, HRIS, engagement platforms). Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk mitigation. Experience in tech, professional services, or consulting environments is advantageous. Why Join Us? Our purpose is people.
