Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

• Assist event attendees with questions regarding event details, registrations, and general information .
• Deliver a welcoming and helpful experience to enhance attendee satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client or attendee concerns quickly and professionally.

• Maintain clear, professional communication through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Work closely with event coordination and marketing teams to ensure flawless execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience , preferably in events, marketing, or hospitality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills .
• Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently .
• Quick thinking and adaptability in addressing unexpected challenges.
