Our practice is built on a collaborative model that blends the art of neuropsychological assessment with the heart of compassionate care.

Why Join Us?

  • Assist with interviewing and selection of new interns and fellows annually.
  • Participate in networking and outreach with local graduate programs and universities.
  • Uphold high standards in clinical documentation, ethical practice, and training oversight.
  • Contribute to the growth and future APPIC/APA accreditation efforts for internship and postdoctoral programs.
  • Attend regular team meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities.

To Apply:
Please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your experience with pediatric assessment and training, and your interest in leadership at Dayspring Behavioral Health.

Requirements: Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA or similarly accredited program.
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) psychologist in the state of Washington.
  • Specialized training and clinical experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervision or teaching, particularly with pre-doctoral and/or postdoctoral trainees.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Passion for training, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
  • Confidence in clinical skills with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable with outreach and enthusiastic about building relationships with local academic institutions.
  • Available for on-site work in Issaquah, WA (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in APPIC-approved internship or postdoctoral training sites.
  • Familiarity with APA accreditation requirements for training programs.
  • Interest in helping shape and lead a developing training program.
  • Board certification or interest in board certification in neuropsychology or related specialty.
