You will be responsible for the overall Nomad Internet Marketing strategy and implementation of actions intended to drive new customer acquisition, rebuild trust with our customer base, and enhance Nomad Internet’s brand reputation across both digital and physical channels. This individual will lead digital marketing strategy, manage outreach campaigns, optimize paid advertising, and serve as the voice of the brand in the communities we serve, both online and on the ground.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Nomad Internet’s online community
footprint across platforms including Facebook Groups, Reddit, Instagram,
LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant industry forums.
  • Experience working with and collaborating with content creators (e.g., influencers, artists, streamers)
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta,
and other social media platforms, ensuring strong ROI and conversion efficiency.
  • Write and edit marketing copy for ad campaigns, landing pages, and email
outreach, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with brand voice.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and content alignment with internal and freelance resources
to improve visibility in search results.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for graphics, video content, and campaign assets
    that support acquisition goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics; report weekly on reach, engagement, and
    conversion outcomes.
  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns aligned with Nomad
Internet’s growth objectives, spanning email marketing, paid and organic social,
    influence partnerships, and affiliate programs.
  • Oversee campaign planning from concept to execution: messaging, creative
    briefs, asset coordination, and scheduling.
  • Develop partnerships with relevant online communities, RV lifestyle
organizations, travel influencers, and rural-living blogs to expand visibility.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars with Sales, Product, and Customer Support to
    align messaging and timing.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in
rural connectivity, mobile internet, and nomadic lifestyle search categories.
  • Monitor online reviews, testimonials, and customer stories across third-party
platforms (Trustpilot, BBB, social media) and ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging
    across all customer-facing channels.
  • Define and track KPIs for community engagement, lead acquisition, and content
    performance.
  • Generate monthly reports for leadership detailing key trends, wins, and
    optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creative assets, landing page copy, and
CTA placements to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, regularly introducing new tools or techniques
to increase reach and engagement at lower cost.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent
    work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, community outreach, or brand
management roles — ideally within telecom, wireless internet, or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns with limited budgets while
    achieving measurable lead generation goals.
  • Demonstrated success improving SEO performance, online reputation, and
    conversion rates.
  • Experience representing a brand at trade shows or community events preferred.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite,
    and CRM dashboards.
  • Strategic thinker capable of balancing creativity with data-driven decision
    making.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful; able to execute efficiently under budget
    constraints.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST).
  • On-site work from Bulverde, TX, office required.
  • Occasional Travel required for trade shows, community events, and industry
    expos.
  • Standard office environment with occasional extended hours as required.

Company Description

At Nomad Internet, we believe access to the internet is a human right and that rural communities should have access to the same high-speed internet available in urban areas. We believe that living in a rural community should not mean you have to put up with “substandard internet” like satellite, DSL, and cable.

In 2016, the United Nations General Assembly declared internet access a human right! We believe rural communities should expect the same high-quality unlimited and unthrottled internet that those living in cities enjoy.

We launched in 2017 with the mission to serve the underserved, bringing people in rural communities and RV parks reliable access to the internet. These communities, particularly those in rural areas, have historically lacked access to basic utilities, both public and private, and we made it our goal to change that. When demand exploded during the COVID-19 pandemic, we quickly expanded, bringing our high-speed internet coverage to customers across all 50 states.

Nomad Internet is America's largest rural Wireless Internet Service Provider. Today, as an established authorized reseller of our Nation's largest network services, we are proud to provide high-speed, secure wireless internet to rural communities and on-the-road travelers nationwide. We transmit wireless internet access directly to you, without the need for traditional internet wires, so you have reliable connectivity wherever you are: at home, at work, or on the go.
