Benefits: 401(k) PTO-Paid time off Paid training Bonus program Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Schedule: Flexible schedule Day shift Ability to work irregular hours (evenings, overnights & weekends) as needed Qualifications: 18 years or older Caregiving experience 1-year Basic technology skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation Able to pass background check Job Duties: Provide genuine, in-home connection and companionship Provide transitional care, respite care, dementia care, etc. Assist with personal cares (grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.) Provide transfers Prepare and serve meals Light housekeeping Qualities and Skills expected: Dependability, reliability, and punctuality (on time) Dedicated, passionate, and respectful with clients Ability to follow care plan Documentation skills; excellent verbal and written skills Demonstrated ability to work with little supervision and make appropriate judgments React calmly and effectively in emergency situations Experience: (Gait Belt, Hoyer Lift, EZ stand, etc.) preferred
