Criminal and DWI Defense Attorney/Lawyer

Due to our rapid growth, our firm currently has multiple openings for a criminal defense attorney/lawyer with the ability to handle court proceedings, engage with clients, and conduct consultations with leads. The ideal candidate possesses courtroom experience and exceptional interpersonal communication skills. We welcome applications from recent law school graduates and experienced attorneys with a background in criminal law.

We currently have multiple openings available, and we would be especially interested in hiring at least one attorney who lives in Jefferson County or Franklin County, as we are looking for someone to cover those jurisdictions.
Compensation:$80,000 - $135,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Our “Responsible Attorneys” manage a caseload based on jurisdictions. You will have primary responsibility for everything that happens in the cases assigned to you, including:
You will report to a Supervising Attorney, who will mentor you and help you with things that are new to you. And you will work closely with the Client Care Team to make sure clients are fully informed about the status of their case at all times.
We have staff, systems, and processes in place to make our attorneys as efficient as possible. Because we represent all of the clients on a flat-fee basis, we want our attorneys to do only work that truly requires a bar card.
