Shift: 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Guaranteed hours: 36
Primary Unit will be IMCU; floated throughout CCU as needed. Will be asked to float as needed. Will float to ICU, IMCU, CVICU, ED first and then Medical Surgical, telemetry, post surgical, ortho neuro, and BHU.
Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2 years minimum critical care experience, post heart cath recovery and patient management, post op day 1 open heart surgery patient management, experience with long term ventilated patients, experience with swan ganz catheters, and vasoactive medication titration. TEA, Triple A and general surgery patient management. Travelers will not get fresh heart patients.
Every other weekend (may need to work consecutive weekends to accommodate requested time off).
Dress Code: Standard scrub top and bottoms - any colors. No visible tattoos on the neck or above. No facial piercings
