Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative with a strong background in aviation engine services. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in sales and customer relationship management, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional sales activities for turbine engines, including overhauls, inspections, and component upgrades.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in agricultural, charter, and humanitarian aviation sectors.
• Possibly conduct on-site visits and represent the company at industry trade shows to drive brand visibility and client relationships.

Operations:

• Oversee scheduling, forecasting, and throughput optimization using detailed production calendars and planning tools.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in aviation engine management, sales, and operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
• Excellent computer skills especially in Word and Excel.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with Pratt & Whitney PT6A engines and dealing with Pratt and Whitney vendors.
• Experience in trade show representation and B2B sales.
• Background in supply chain coordination and production planning.
