D365 F&SCM Consultant 180k Benefits – Remote (US-Based) I’m working closely with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner that’s expanding its Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) practice due to a wave of new enterprise projects across the manufacturing and distribution space. They’re looking for an experienced F&SCM Consultant to join their fully remote team in the US. This is a business that champions flexibility, autonomy, and a culture of collaboration. You’ll be working with cutting-edge D365 F&SCM solutions, partnering with some of the largest names in the industry, and helping drive digital transformation at scale. Responsibilities Lead functional workshops and translate business needs into D365 F&SCM supply chain solutions Configure and deploy core modules including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Warehouse Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects and developers, to ensure successful end-to-end implementation Support user training, UAT, and go-live activities Provide subject matter expertise across supply chain processes and D365 best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of solution design templates and internal delivery frameworks Build trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients across North America Experience Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (or AX) with a focus on supply chain modules Deep knowledge of business processes within manufacturing and distribution environments Strong functional consulting experience, including requirements gathering and solution design Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner or Consultancy is preferred Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Certifications in D365 F&SCM or relevant supply chain domains (a plus) Salary This role offers a base salary of 180,000 along with a full suite of benefits including healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities. Location This is a fully remote position for candidates based anywhere in the US. Occasional travel may be required for client workshops—fully expensed.
