We are seeking a highly motivated an d detail-oriented  Da ta Analyst and IT Administrator for the Arc Companies’ real estate, venture and family office activities. Arc is an entrepreneur led firm where bright, creative thinkers have joined together to do venture capital , opportunistic real estate , and portfolio investing. Our new team mem ber will use you w ill be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making for all of our team s . In addition, you will work with our outside technology support vendors to manage our on-site and cloud based technology resources.

The Role

This role will primarily focus on :

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies


• Serving as internal subject matter expert in the areas of tech, knowledge, and information systems


• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets


• Conduct hypothesis testing and predictive modeling to support business objectives
  


• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights


• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools


• Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement


• Collaborate with external managed service provider to perform day to day technology support related to software, hardware and cloud based services

Relevant Skills, Qualifications and Experience Desirable

• Data science, library science, information systems, information technology, or similar certification or degree


• 2+ years of directly relevant experience


• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint would be a plus


• Strong project management skills


• Excellent computer skills, including Excel and other Microsoft Office apps

Compensation

Range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience.
