Employment Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (Training will be in-office, Tuesday-Thursday mandatory) - Minneapolis, MN 55402

Pay rate: $17-$18.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, validate, and process large volumes of data within required timelines.
• Upload Excel files and verify data integrity across multiple systems.
• Perform quality checks and ensure all records meet compliance and accuracy standards.
• Prioritize and manage workloads to complete assigned queues daily.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven data entry experience with strong accuracy and speed.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including data sorting, formulas, and file management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with banking or mortgage operations preferred.
• Prior experience as a Claims Processor or Data Entry Clerk/Specialist is a plus.
