How You Grow (and Earn More)

You’ll work through 77 skill checklists that cover every part of diesel maintenance and repair—from PMs to diagnostics and heavy-line work.

• Starting pay: $18/hr
• Each completed and signed-off checklist = $0.10/hr raise
• Complete all 77 checklists → $25.70/hr
• Full-time annual pay progression:
• • Year 1: $37,000+
  • Year 2: $50,000–$60,000
  • Year 3: $70,000+ potential

Next Step: Become a Mobile Diesel Technician

Once you complete the Apprentice Program, you’ll advance to a Mobile Diesel Technician role with your own truck and full field responsibility.

• Bonuses are paid on billable hours
• Skilled techs average $35 – $60/hr (hourly + bonuses)
• You control your own income; the more efficient and productive you are, the higher your take-home pay

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside experienced diesel techs on Class 5–8 trucks and trailers
• Learn clutch, A/C, brake, driveline, and electrical systems
• Progress from shadowing to solo work at your own pace
• Get certified in real-world diesel diagnostics and repair
