We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Manager with a strong background in setting up and managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems—preferably Acquia DAM. This role will play a critical part in the successful implementation, configuration, and ongoing governance of our digital asset infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our assets are organized, searchable, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and deployment of a scalable DAM solution tailored to business requirements
• Develop and implement metadata schemas, taxonomy structures, and permission hierarchies
• Oversee the migration, tagging, and organization of digital assets, ensuring compliance with asset governance, usage rights, and lifecycle best practices
• Integrate the DAM platform with key systems including CMS, PIM, CRM, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Creative, and other departments to optimize asset workflows and user experience
• Create documentation, user guides, and training resources for internal stakeholders
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and performance improvements for the DAM environment

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience managing or implementing Digital Asset Management systems
• Proven experience with DAM platforms, with a strong preference for Acquia DAM
• Solid understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital asset lifecycle management
• Familiarity with integration of DAM systems into MarTech stacks (CMS, PIM, CRM, Adobe CC, etc.)
• Strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities

Preferred:

• Experience working in a creative, marketing, or media-heavy environment
• Familiarity with digital rights management and brand compliance standards
