About the Role:
NatureSweet is seeking a Digital Shelf & Shopper Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for the digital shelf and omnichannel shopper marketing initiatives across key retail partners. This role is responsible for enhancing and optimizing our product presence online through effective content syndication, SEO-driven product pages, and compelling digital assets that drive purchase intent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background/familiarity with retail media, ecommerce, and omnichannel shopper marketing. You’ll work cross-functionally with brand, sales, agency partners, and retailers to deliver a best-in-class digital shelf experience while driving awareness and conversion through paid shopper media.

Hybrid; 3x a week in office with 2 days remote.
