Were looking for a Director of Finance to join our growing team and oversee the financial health and strategy of both Latitude and Lumiere. This role will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with leadership across product, operations, and research.What youll do:Financial Oversight & ReportingManage and oversee all company financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Monitor cash flow across a mix of project-based revenue and future SaaS subscriptions.Collaborate with our finance strategist to maintain and improve financial reporting processes.Systems & ToolsEvaluate current financial systems and build scalable financial processes that support both services revenue and future SaaS recurring revenue.Lead implementation and integration of new tools as the business continues to scale.Strategic FinancePartner with leadership and department heads to ensure financial goals align with operational plans.Conduct ROI analyses, market assessments, and scenario modeling to support decision-making.Oversee compliance, insurance coverage, and risk management for client contracts and vendor relationships.What you bring:Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, ideally with exposure to both startup and growth-stage environments.Bachelors degree in business, finance, or accounting required; MBA or graduate business degree preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and strategic planning.Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Excel, and HubSpot integration. Familiarity with expense/AP tools, revenue recognition automation, SaaS KPI dashboards.Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and mentor junior staff.Bonus Attributes: (not required)A knowledge of BI tools, contract lifecycle tools, and experience setting up SOC 2/ASC 606 compliance is desirable.This position offers many opportunities for growth and professional development.
