Tasks: Prep dogs for haircuts, according to the grooming services ordered Complete "Basic Hygiene" services for dogs including; baths, blow dry, brushing, clip/grind nails, clean ears, clean teeth, express glands, etc. Identify the dog's health indicators and input them into a S.C.E.N.T. Check app (health report card) Work on a fast-pace team to complete services Ensure dog safety standards and efficient grooming techniques are being met per Scenthound standards at all times Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices Engage in training programs and career pathing that Scenthound offers Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager Skills and Abilities: Dog handling & dog behavioral awareness Effective communication with team members and dog parents Teamwork and collaboration Problem-solving Attention to detail Time-management Patience Empathy Ability to self-critique; hold oneself and others to Scenthound standards Willingness to grow and learn in your craft Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Scenthound
