About the Role: As a Non-Emergency Transport Driver, you are more than just a ride service - you're a lifeline. We provide safe, compassionate, and timely transportation. Every trip is an opportunity to brighten someone day.
- Transport clients to and from medical appointments, facilities, social outings, and essential errands
- Offer friendly, reliable assistance during pick-up, transport, and drop-off
- Ensure client safety and comfort throughout the ride
- Maintain communication with dispatch and follow daily schedules
- Keep vehicle clean, sage, and in good condition

Shift Details - Availability Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm - shift times vary based on client schedules
- Up to 40 hours per week with the possibility of occasional overtime
- Weekend shifts may be available based on demand but are scheduled in advance

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
- Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
- Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
- Willingness to complete are required training and certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Compassionate and caring personality
Salary Description
$15.25 / hour
