Thousand Oaks, CA | Full-time | $50–$70/hour | In-person Role

The Role: Senior Client Manager

Lead a portfolio of A- and B-tier clients in an advisory-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the client relationship and act as their lead advisor
• Meet with clients face-to-face in our Thousand Oaks office
• Review and sign tax returns and IRS correspondence
• Guide a small team of assistants and staff accountants
• Collaborate with firm leaders to improve services and systems
• Mentor junior professionals and contribute to firm culture

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds an active CPA or EA license (MST is a plus)
• Has 7+ years of experience in tax or client advisory
• Understands complex individual, S corporation, and partnership tax
• Is comfortable with Intuit products (Lacerte, ProConnect, etc.)
• Communicates clearly, thinks strategically, and enjoys solving problems
