Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our in-person marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to launch a career in marketing , event planning , fundraising , sales , or brand promotions .

Work closely with a well-established client and play a key role in the success of live events and interactive customer experiences. No prior experience is necessary — we provide comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and customers to ensure a seamless experience
  • Assist in achieving goals related to brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising
  • Participate in team meetings and hands-on training sessions
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve event performance and customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Collect and report customer feedback and campaign performance data
  • Provide updates to leadership and support team strategy discussions
  • Continuously develop communication, organization, and customer service skills

Qualifications
