💼 What You’ll Do

• Participate in paid leadership training and mentorship programs

• Coordinate and manage fundraising, marketing, and community outreach events

• Supervise on-site event activities and maintain relationships with community partners

• Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of new team members

• Track and analyze campaign performance to improve outreach results

• Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn ( no prior management experience required )

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments

• Problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial drive

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
