Now Hiring: Entry-Level Recruiter – Brooklyn Park, MN
IN OFFICE- FULL TIME
Pay: $18-$20 an hour (on average an entry level earns anywhere from $6k-$8k in commission)
Hours: 9am-5pm M-F

We focus on helping manufacturing companies find reliable workers—and that’s where you come in.
What you’ll do:
Make 40–100 outgoing calls a day to job seekers
Review resumes and match people to the right jobs
Do phone and in-person interviews
Set up interviews with our clients
Help manage the hiring process from start to finish
What we’re looking for:
Friendly, motivated personality
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office 365)
Comfortable talking to people on the phone
No experience? No problem! We’ll train you
