Your Role as an Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Representative:
• Develop a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating proficiency in verbal English
• Build knowledge of our company’s sales dynamics and customer needs
• Stay flexible and responsive to customer requirements
• Collaborate with the team and take initiative to achieve sales goals
• Be physically active: this role involves standing, moving, and interacting with customers
• Deliver excellent customer experiences, exceeding expectations
• Maintain an enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic approach during sales transactions
