Warehouse Equipment Operator – Overnight Shift
Location: Sayreville, NJ

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM

Position OverviewMidway Staffing is seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators for a fast-paced distribution facility in Sayreville, NJ . This role includes operation of Raymond Reach Trucks , I-Warehouse machines , counterbalance forklifts , double blade pallet jacks , and cherry pickers . Candidates must have at least one year of recent experience with Raymond Reach Trucks and I-Warehouse systems, along with general warehouse experience.
Compensation & SchedulePay Rate: Up to $20.00 per hour
Standard Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday
Extended Shifts: May run up to 12 hours depending on business needs
Schedule Flexibility: All schedules subject to change
Mandatory Overtime: First week of each month requires a six-day work week
Overtime: May be required as needed
All new hires must complete one week of first-shift training :
Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience
Experience with I-Warehouse machines
Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts
Experience using double blade pallet jacks
Proficient with reach trucks and cherry pickers
General warehouse experience required
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to wear a headset for computer-generated picking instructions ( English only )
Steel toe boots required
Must be able to work in a non–temperature-controlled environment
