Position Overview

The Event and Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of client-focused promotional events. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, hands-on event work, and direct customer interaction. Youll work closely with event managers and brand ambassadors to ensure every activation runs smoothly and delivers the exceptional experience Brand X is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of event logistics including materials, displays, signage, and promotional items.

• Engage with customers during live events, providing product information, answering questions, and promoting the clients brand message.

• Collect consumer data, feedback, and lead information during activations.

• Help track event performance and contribute to post-event reports.

• Maintain a professional, energetic presence that enhances the overall experience for attendees.

• Travel locally to event locations across Riverside and surrounding areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, on-your-feet environments.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings based on event schedules.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with event setup tasks.
