Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an experienced Executive Recruiter.
Day to Day:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new
Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture
Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients
Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience
Self-motivated, self-starter
Passionate about being the best at what you do
Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
