As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Set schedule: 40-Hour work week.
• Shift 1: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Thursday to Monday.
• Shift 2: Swing: 2pm to 10pm: Thursday to Monday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority, as you fulfill the critical need of Access Control by checking IDs, answering phones, and dealing with visitors and deliveries.
• You are a great Team player!
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols, both on foot and by vehicle: Interior/Exterior.
• You can reflect high Ideals, by representing Garda World, as you work and communicate with members of our client, that reflect positively upon Garda World.
• You ensure that the community is clear of clutter, cars are not parked out of place, and that traffic rules are enforced.
• You limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You are comfortable with Body Camera Usage on your person.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• You have at least 1 year of Armed Security Experience.
• You have at least 2 years of working in a High-End HOA.
• Your qualifications are current.
• You have a "Do what it takes" attitude and have a history of success.
• You have your own approved weapon/ammo/holster.
• You have an Armed PILB in hand.
• You can pass a Psych Evaluation Exam prior to an interview.
• You are comfortable wearing Body Cameras.
• You are also proficient in working with Computers, phones, and other Hi-Tech tools.
• You have a DL and clean driving record.
• You have CPR Certification or can be certified within 7 days of an offer.
• You are able to walk, stand, or sit throughout assigned shift, and can handle any weather conditions.
• You must be over 21 years old.
• You are authorized to work in the US.
