Direct Hire Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Role $120,000-$144,000 per year in Bastrop, Texas

Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our partner's full-time team in Bastrop, Texas.

Key Responsibilities for the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner:

• Provide compassionate, individualized primary care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Deliver care both in person and virtually, building and managing a panel of patients.
• Collaborate with colleagues, community partners, and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation 3–4 times per year.
• Efficiently document within an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits.

Key Requirements for the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner:

• Board-certified APRN with a current valid license to practice in the State of Texas.
• Passion for serving underserved populations who face significant barriers to care.
• Mission-focused, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with colleagues.
• Strong communication and technology skills to support patient care and virtual collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits for the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner:
