Thriving, independent, and collegial group is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care Setting serving HIV and HEP C Treatment in Albuquerque, New Mexico!

About The Group:

Non-profit, FQHC providing medical, behavioral health, community outreach, diabetes education and pharmacy services for over 25 years
Proud to offer gender equity medicine, syringe exchange, HIV/Hep C treatment, testing and other services within their community
Onsite care team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Behavior Health Clinicians, Case Managers, RN Clinic Managers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Diabetes Educators

About the role:

M-F, 8am-5pm , call 4 times a month
Primary Care services also include HIV, Hep B, Hormone Injections for transgender patients and suboxone distribution
Nurse Practitioner will see all ages

Background Desired:

3-5 years ofexperiencein aprimary care and HIV preferred
Unencumbered NM license or eligible forstatelicensureat time of application
