Our Franchised fast food restaurant is a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality food and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead daily operations to success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow

• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment

• Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality

• Handle scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role (fast food experience preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Spanish Speaking
