UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is looking to hire Part Time Food Service Hosts. This position will work holidays and weekends. Candidates must have open availability and able to work shifts between 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. This position will work rotating shifts including rotating holidays and weekends. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Adheres to hand hygiene and infection control procedures on a consistent basis when interacting with customers.

• Communicates customer complaints and concerns effectively with other health care team members.

• Displays customer service skills when responding to meal service requests, resulting in a satisfied customer.

• Distributes and collects menus from patients; obtains selected menus from patients according to departmental procedures..

• Serves meals within established time frames, adhering to departmental standards for appearance, food quality, and temperature control.

· Customer service experience preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

• Act 34 Criminal Clearance
