Forklift Operator

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for moving materials throughout the facility using stand-up forklifts, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Transport materials and finished goods to designated locations using a stand-up forklift.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipping and receiving details against invoices and internal records.
• Pick and prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
• Receive and process inbound raw materials following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and SAP updates.
• Support recycling and sustainability initiatives, keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Recent stand-up forklift experience required.
• SAP and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
