Responsibilities: Use advanced analytical techniques to mine massive scale account and transactional data to build/optimize fraud and compliance risk strategies/policies, and translate into actionable business plans. Lead the full cycle of risk strategy/policy work, including identify opportunities and action plan, develop and test policy, launch policy to production and monitor the performance. Build subject matter expertise in different types of risks among money movement offerings to optimize the balance between risk mitigation and growth in the ecosystem. Collaborate with data scientists, risk operations, product, data engineering, and analytics teams to drive customer segmentations, develop innovative risk strategies, and perform portfolio analyses. Requirements: Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability. 5-7 years of relevant experience in fraud analysis, prevention, and detection. Fintech experience preferred. Working knowledge of risk controls, including fraud detection, loss forecasting, and disputes/collections. Experience in using data-driven insights to solve business problems. Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hive, Hadoop, and related concepts preferred. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role.
