The Fraud Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying and mitigating fraud risks related to credit card underwriting, account transactions, and payments. The individual will monitor suspicious activity, perform investigations, identify behavioral patterns, and develop fraud prevention strategies. They will react quickly to emerging fraud risks and leverage past learnings about fraudster methods. Attention to detail in reviewing applications and accounts, and documenting observations, is essential. The analyst will collaborate with teams such as Compliance, Credit Risk, Data Sciences, and Product to develop and implement fraud mitigation strategies. Responsibilities Analyze and mitigate various fraud risks including Synthetic/Third-party identity, Bust Out, Check Kiting, Elderly Abuse, and fraud rings. Evaluate application and performance data to identify patterns and assess fraud defense effectiveness. Partner with Credit, Collections, and Compliance teams to mitigate financial fraud holistically. Assess and select fraud data vendors to maintain a top-tier fraud defense ecosystem. Enhance manual review processes and investigations to meet resolution timelines. Stay updated on industry practices, tools, and techniques for fraud mitigation. Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards. The expected base pay range for this position is: Mountain View: $49.50 - $67.00 per hour This role is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our plans.
