VMS Healthcare Recruiter — Remote (US)

About the Role:
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your recruiting expertise to source and place top healthcare talent—including Nurses, Medtechs, Educators, and Case Workers—across the country. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare roles outside of physicians.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VMS and MSP partners.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support growth initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless hiring process aligned with client needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare recruiting, specifically with VMS or MSP systems and processes.
• Proven success in placing non-physician healthcare roles (e.g., Nurses, Medtechs, Educators, Case Workers).
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
