What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)

• Lead the way! Oversee life-changing ABA therapy in homes and centers - from assessment to progress monitoring, from family coaching to collaborating with care teams.
• Be the brain behind the plan. Create and adapt individualized treatment programs that are developmentally on point and socially meaningful.
• Coach like a champ. Guide and mentor clinical staff to build their skills and confidence while ensuring top-tier care for our clients.
• Keep things moving. Complete reports, insurance paperwork, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that makes treatment happen.
• Work smart with a great team. Collaborate with other BCBAs, therapists, and admin pros who've got your back.

What You Bring to the Table

• You're a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed behavior analyst (state-specific).
• You've got at least 1 year of experience using ABA to change lives - especially with kiddos in-home or clinic-based settings.
• You care deeply. You're results-focused. And you're a natural at balancing professionalism with compassion.
